Somehow, October launched a sneak attack on me. I swear, it was the first week of September just minutes ago. How is it the last day of September?

I have at least 4-5 pieces I have been procrastinating on all month and two contests with a submission deadline of MIDNIGHT on October 1st — so I need to get cracking.

I need some writer’s juice! AKA, wine!
