Publication #17!

Today is the day!

My piece of flash fiction, “Sticky Fingers,” was published today on Linguistic Erosion!

Woohoo!

That puts me at seventeen total publications. I promised myself that when I hit twenty publications – no matter how big or small they may be – I will start sending out the query letters for my novel, which has been gathering digital dust sitting in a folder on my laptop.

I should point out that my novel has been finished for over two months now. I’ve just been making excuses not to start sending it out in fear of rejection.

Guess I only get to delay for a little while longer, as this short story put me at 17/20!

Yay for the publication, booooo for less time to procrastinate.

Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?
