I had the unique fortune to visit the Genius Reserve in Winter Park today as part of an evening field trip for my class.

While the indigenous and exotic flora were interesting, I’d say the strutting fauna definitely dominated the show.

This guy, with his machismo display of feather and pomp, won me over. If I were of avian decent, I would’ve gone for it. Since I’m human, I settled for a few photos.
