I’ve finally decided to take my own advice and launch a separate blog to detail the love-affair I have with food and my constant journey to live a healthy, nutritional life.
As a forewarning, I’ll try to keep my optimistic tone in the majority of the posts, but I plan to be honest and forthcoming with the bad days, too.
This blog will be dedicated to the diets I’ve tried, the workouts I’ve endured, and the lifelong tug-of-war I play between my health, my appetite, and my insecurities.
